About IUSI

IUSI promotes academic and cultural exchange with Latin America through high-quality educational programs.

2Programs

IUSI administers intensive Spanish language and cultural programs in Mexico and Costa Rica for high school students, college students, and independent learners. Courses run from one week to a full college semester. We also conduct special workshops in Oregon, Mexico and Costa Rica for teachers, writers, and health care professionals.

Partnerships
The Universities of Oregon and Mississippi offer accreditation for IUSI courses. IUSI also works with Northern Arizona University, the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor, and Westmont College. Together with US and Mexican high schools, we offer exchange programs for high school students with a passion for the arts.

In Mexico, IUSI's working partners include the Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro, the Instituto Tecnológico de Querétaro and the Sociedad de Amigos del Museo de Arte de Querétaro, as well as a public performing arts high school, the Centro de Educación Artística "Ignacio Mariano de las Casas" in Querétaro.
